Short-listed for the Sarton Award!

I found out today that LUZ is short-listed for the 2020 Sarton Award for contemporary fiction, winner to be announced in April. I have been inspired by May Sarton for DECADES, and this particular award has been at the top of my list. To be a finalist and in such outstanding company is such a thrill! Several She Writes Press sisters are shortlisted as well, in historical fiction, memoir, and contemporary fiction. Congratulations to all! This speaks highly to the quality of authors of this awarding-winning press.
